Welcome to Agni Shiksha. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Agni Shiksha website, mobile applications, test series, mock tests, courses, study materials, question banks, educational content, AI-powered features, and other related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering on, or using Agni Shiksha, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. About Agni Shiksha

Agni Shiksha is an educational technology platform designed to help students and aspirants prepare for competitive examinations through test series, mock examinations, previous-year questions (PYQs), practice questions, study resources, performance analysis and other educational services.

Agni Shiksha may provide preparation resources for examinations conducted by various government, educational, recruitment and other examination authorities.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate and truthful information while creating an account or using our Services.

By using Agni Shiksha, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
• The information provided by you is accurate and up to date.
• You will use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
• You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

If you are under the applicable age of majority, you should use the Services with the knowledge and permission of your parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. User Account

4. Test Series and Educational Content

Agni Shiksha may offer paid or free test series, mock tests, practice tests, PYQs, quizzes, study materials, explanations, performance reports and other educational content.

Test questions, answers, explanations, solutions, rankings, performance statistics and other content are provided for educational and preparation purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy, educational content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, typographical mistakes or outdated information. Agni Shiksha does not guarantee that every question, answer or explanation will be completely error-free.

5. Examination Simulation

Some Agni Shiksha tests may be designed to simulate the experience of an actual competitive examination, including examination patterns, timing, question formats, negative marking and performance analysis.

Such simulations are intended only for preparation and practice. Actual examination rules, syllabus, question patterns, marking schemes, eligibility requirements and schedules are determined by the respective examination authority.

Users should always verify official examination information from the relevant examination authority.

6. Payments and Purchases

Certain Services may require payment. Prices, subscription periods, features and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Agni Shiksha and/or its authorized payment service provider to process the applicable payment.

Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Agni Shiksha does not directly store complete debit card, credit card or banking credentials unless explicitly stated.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided to the payment provider is accurate.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Purchases of digital educational products, test series, subscriptions and other digital Services may be subject to a specific refund or cancellation policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Refund requests may be reviewed based on factors including:

• Whether the digital content has been accessed or used.

Purchasing access to a test series or other Service does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the user.

9. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit Agni Shiksha content without written authorization.
• Record, screen-capture, screen-record or redistribute paid educational content where prohibited.
• Share your account credentials with other individuals.
• Sell, sublicense, rent or transfer access to paid Services.
• Attempt to bypass security, authentication or content-protection mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain source code from the platform.
• Use automated bots, scrapers or other systems to extract platform content without authorization.
• Manipulate rankings, scores, leaderboards or other platform systems.
• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities.
• Upload malicious code, viruses or other harmful material.

10. Academic Integrity

Agni Shiksha is intended to support legitimate learning and examination preparation.

Users must not use the platform to facilitate cheating, impersonation, examination fraud, unauthorized collaboration or any activity that violates the rules of an actual examination.

Where appropriate, Agni Shiksha may suspend or terminate accounts involved in activities that materially compromise the integrity of the platform.

11. AI-Powered Features

Agni Shiksha may provide AI-powered features such as question generation, doubt solving, study planning, interview practice, explanations or other educational assistance.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. AI features should be treated as educational assistance and not as an authoritative source.

Users should independently verify important academic, examination, legal, financial or other consequential information through authoritative sources.

12. Third-Party Services

Agni Shiksha may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, authentication providers, analytics platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, communication services and other technology providers.

Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Agni Shiksha is not responsible for the independent practices, availability or policies of third-party services.

13. Privacy

Your use of Agni Shiksha is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored and processed.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the applicable Privacy Policy.

14. Availability of Services

We aim to keep Agni Shiksha available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Services may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, network problems, security incidents, third-party service failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Changes to the Services

16. Account Suspension and Termination

Agni Shiksha may suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user:

Agni Shiksha provides educational and examination-preparation resources. We do not guarantee admission, employment, examination qualification, marks, rank, selection, promotion or any particular academic or professional outcome.

Individual results depend on numerous factors, including preparation, performance, examination difficulty, competition and decisions made by the relevant examination authority.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agni Shiksha and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19. User-Generated Content

If the platform allows users to submit reviews, comments, questions, feedback or other content, users remain responsible for the content they submit.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting content, you grant Agni Shiksha the necessary permission to host, display and use that content for operating and improving the Services, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.

20. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations or feedback regarding Agni Shiksha, you acknowledge that we may use such feedback to improve our Services without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
